Would you support a law that would hold judges accountable of they release a repeat offender and they offend again on release?

I personally would. For example, in most states, if a bar tender allows a patron to get too drunk, or if a liquor store owner sells alcohol to someone who is already drunk, they are held accountable along with the drunk person if said drunk person gets someone killed.

I think if a judge releases a career criminal, someone who has committed violent crime after violent crime, and ends up hurting or killing someone on release, not only should the criminal be held to account, the judge should be charged right along with them.

There is actually a bipartisan bill being proposed for just that, in the aftermath of the killing of a Ukrainian refugee.

Would you support that? I know I would.
