Would you support a law that allows leniency for killing a rapist?

I got so angry after someone showed me an article about a father who's in jail right now for killing his daughters rapist.

The way it reads, it sounds like he was taunting the man about it and he just lost his shit and beat the other guy to death.

I was reminded about this today when I saw a post where a lefty brought up what I thought was a very fair point: if conservatives want to have a say in abortion, then we should kill the rapists.

Personally I think there should be distinctions between what should cost one their life and not. Like if the woman gets pregnant, I'd say that shows this person just straight up has no morals whatsoever. If the woman didn't get pregnant and you can't fully prove he actually penetrated her, you might at least be able to say the guy could be rehabilitated.

It would also probably be bad if every time a college students got drunk together and the girl decides she regrets it or doesn't remember concenting... What are you gonna do, euthanize the frat bro?

No because sentencing guidelines already take into account other contributing factors, it would be stupid for any country to have a specific ruling for it.

No, I mean like if if the victim or a family member of the victim does it after the fact

Does not matter, sentencing guidelines include contributing factors. For example someone kills your wife, you then kill them, as long as it’s seen as a contributing factor the sentence is adjusted v just randomly killing someone.
It’s not like this is a new thing in law, it goes back 1000’s of years.
