Late last night Trump filed a lawsuit with the New York Times for $15 billion dollars... and he filed it as an individual. Doing this is waving his presidential immunity.

He whines about a number of issues which sounds just like him. Then any further makes the huge mistake of bringing up The Epstein files. Which means he's opening the door to the New York Times for questioning under oath. as an individual for every claim in the lawsuit.

The New York Times has the opportunity handed to them to end this insanity in America.

Trump's lawsuit against the NYT was just dismissed by the judge because it was filled with nonsense.

The 85-page complaint featured language and information that Merryday said went far beyond the limits of what the court’s rules allow. Even under a “generous and lenient” interpretation, the judge wrote, the lawsuit was “decidedly improper and impermissible.”
The judge criticized what he called “laudatory” statements included in the lawsuit about Trump, such as his “historic” election win and the “cultural magnitude” of his “singular brilliance.” The judge also called out Trump’s recitations of his business and media track records, as well as negative language used to describe the Times’ coverage, such as “new journalistic low.”

it's funny that you think he needs immunity. the case will be settled out of court and the NYT will pay mucho money for what they did. Everyone knows it, but anti-Trumpers refuse to accept it. NYT already knows.

He just lost both E. Jean Carroll defamation cases and will have to pay ~90 million. And, quite related, the Trump DoJ currently loses 95% of their lawfare cases. It's a hopeless mess. The NY Times case has no chance to succeed, ever. Some publications don't give into Trumpian blackmail.
