Yes. Kimmel's show was a vacuum of happiness, humor, and intelligence. About the only thing it had going for it was the "We ate all your Halloween candy" bit. Other than that, the show was trash.

I think late night television shows were beginning to wane personally, and please note I have no opinion on the above and I have no American associations, I'm just saying that personally "even many years ago, I felt like late night television shows, were and even see now, tired, not that funny, and seemingly a relic" - humbly. I appreciate though the amount of workers then having to find other ways to make a living when industries come and go, or times change and industries close and new industries appear - etc etc 👀
