Have you ever found random money on the floor?

I found a $50 bill on a classroom floor this morning. I debated giving it back, but hell, it's been there over the weekend, so probably no one actually can claim it anyway.

Question: if u find it, spend it, then later hear a friend or person you know saying how they lost it would you pay it back?

I did once. When I was at work, I found a $10 bill under one of the work tables. I turned it into the office and later that day, I got to keep it because no one claimed it. You know what they say. “Honesty is the best policy!”

I found a brand new crisp $100 dollar bill on the ground behind a strip club a few years ago. It was during the day and the place was closed. I was going for a walk at the time.

A long time ago, my family and I went out to eat and I found $40 under our table. My dad tried to act like it didn't bother him, but I could tell he was pissed, and he told me to split it with my brother. 😂

I work at a small state college and I find money all the time. One time I even found a 50 dollar Amazon gift card. I am always looking down when I am walking. Usually its is only spare change but sometimes especially near the bus stop I find serious cash.
