found a wallet last week in a college theater. Has a few cards and ID. No cash.
I read the address…not far so I took it back to their home. Rang the bell no one came. I dropped in their mailbox..

I found a 20 once, it was tangled up in a branch after a storm. It was pretty mangled but the bank took it still. No one was around because it was 5 AM so there wasn't really anyone to look for to see if it was theirs.

All the time and I spent it.
It pays to be observant and put your phone away once in a while. Or maybe even, if I dare say it, leave it at home!
You'll be pleasantly surprised what you find out there just strolling down the street.

I have not. I would probably look around and ask people close by if they dropped it.

Yeah, they could lie and say yes, but at least I am not taking it from someone.

Yes, I work at a college and kids drop money all thr time. I found 20 bucks at the bus stop once and found a 50 dollar Amazon gift card. I keep everything I find.
