For example, I often see the term being only directed at women and non-black men (never white males). Now, let's put this into perspective. Imagine you are a person of color and got into a good university or got a well paying job, how would you feel if people accused you of being a DEI that doesn't deserve that position in life? How would feel if someone stated that a white person (particularly male) should have gotten your position in life and is more qualified?

No, I'm used to stuff like that. I was the only white guy on the job and some people only thought I got there because I was white. I knew enough to blame the system. It'd be the same if I was some other race and people thought I was a DEI hire. If there was no commie DEI they wouldn't be saying it.
