AOC was born in New York. Her father was born in New York and came from a Puerto Rican family. Her mom is Puerto Rican as well. Puerto Ricans are born as American citizen. So clearly if your parents families come from American territories and are American citizens and they have a kid in an American state, the kid is not an illegal until they commit a serious crime like treason or domestic terrorism thus being able to be stripped of citizenship. So while she might eventually be charged and deported to a prison for her part in a larger conspiracy, she didn't start out as an illegal. She earned it.
