Trump should be grabbed and hauled to The Hague to answer for his crimes against humanity, i. e., thuggish illegal mass deportations and likely bombing Venezuelan boats he accused of smuggling drugs to America with zero proof. (In a perfect world, Trump, Hamas' kidnappers and murderers and Netanyahu and his retaliatory genocide of Gazans would all be in the prisoners' dock.)

Considering that the economy is very weak and expected to continue to weaken in 2026, a Democrat majority in the House and Senate is very possible. Trump is threatening too many in his own party and more will turn on him if the threat of retaliation is removed. I would be really surprised if he isn't impeached for a third time.

Having been caught in the biggest political scandal in American history as well as having President Trump and the Republicans score win after win while they have saved America when it was at the very brink of ruin I do not think the democrats take back the house. They have no new ideas just the same tired battle cries. "Trump is a dictator", Republicans are Nazis", Everyone who does not vote for us is a racist" Blah, Blah, Blah. but when asked what they would do to make things better other that just saying they would make housing more affordable but not having a clue how to do it , they got nothing.
