India had tons of race, so much mixing is there. We typically don't classify people according to their race but according to the province or state they belong to.

I'm an Odia, belong to Odisha. Most people here are Indo-Aryan with slighy mix of so many race, if you try to say Odias belong to same race then it'll oversimplify the complexity.

As far as I know I'm a mix of Indo-Aryan, and bit persian and a bit Irish. Which is kinda rare because Mughals didn't invade Odisha so having Persian roots is slightly rare. But it kind of explains my Muslim roots.

Actually, Indian is a nationality and can also referred to as my ethnicity, but it isn't a race. Groups like Indo-Aryan, Dravidian, etc., are ethnic groups within India, though people sometimes mistake them for races too. If we’re talking about race in the broader sense, the most accurate description would be South Asian.

No I was just asking cause I was curious about if China uses the same form of medication as the US like pills and lab made medicine, they are healthier and I just wonder if they rely on just herbs or natural remedies while the US poisons us with their medicine.

It's different. China has Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture, which are truly amazing. They are the result of five thousand years of experimentation by our ancestors.

We also use Western medicine. Some illnesses can be cured more quickly with Western medicine. We just have another option.

I've heard a lot about it and unfortunately all I've seen are just the teas at the Oriental markets which they have so many quantities it's just overwhelming tbh lol

But when it comes to actual medicine, I'm not sure the US even sells that here, I can speak a lot about this topic but keeping it short I wanted to know how different both countries are when it comes to medicine, China giving that natural option with medicine is a think the US seems to be trying to push away.
