Irony? Is President Trump planning to evoke the Insurrection Act against resisting Sanctuary regions?

At a time like this, scorching irony, not convincing argument, is needed.

I think he is soon to do that.

Article 4, Section 4 of the U. S. Constitution states: "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."

This section ensures that each state has a government elected by its citizens and provides federal protection from external and internal threats that including local governments permitting aiding and abetting illegal aliens, e. g. invasion and domestic violence.

And further, Article VI, Clause 2, The Supremacy Clause of the U. S. Constitution, states:
"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.".

This clause establishes that federal law takes precedence over state laws and is significant in defining the relationship between federal and state governments.

Yes, Trump will evoke the Insurrection Act. Look for Democrat perp walks, soon.

Brain research tells us that Only twenty percent of human beings have a sense of irony, which means that eighty percent of the world takes everything at face value.
