How many crazy people have you've encountered in your life?

They say Baltimore is one of the worst cities in America, but I was born and raised here. 28 years, and I've only been followed home once, and my brother only got robbed once.
Most of crazy people I met were off the dating apps, coworkers, and Uber drivers. A lot of those of those people were born and raised somewhere else, and they just moved to Baltimore. Baltimore isn't that bad

Only two in the last 20 years or so. One was an old man suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, the other a clearly delusional woman who I think escaped from a group home. As kids we were once in the same beach area as a group of mentally handicapped people on a holiday, but I don’t think that counts.

Until about six years ago, maybe two. Then i went to California and it’s obvious that their social welfare system is a complete failure. Mentally unstable people are EVERYWHERE in California. If you EVER leave your home, you will encounter them everywhere, every single day. No exceptions.
