John Bolton is indicted for allegedly keeping and sharing classified information. Thoughts?

John Bolton was charged Thursday with illegally sending classified information to unauthorized people while he worked at the White House and keeping similar documents at his home after leaving government. The 18-count indictment contends that Bolton regularly sent more than 1,000 pages of “diary-like entries” to two people “related” to him while he was handling the nation’s most sensitive military, intelligence and diplomatic matters. Many of the messages contained information designated as classified up to the “Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information” level, prosecutors allege.

Bolton, 76, served for more than a year as national security adviser during President Donald Trump’s first term but later drew Trump’s ire.

The charges against Bolton come as Trump has pressured his Justice Department to pursue criminal indictments of his longtime political foes. Former FBI Director James Comey was charged in September with lying to Congress after Trump ousted a top federal prosecutor in Virginia who resisted bringing the case. And last week, the same office — now headed by Trump’s former personal lawyer Lindsey Halligan — charged another longtime Trump adversary, New York Attorney General Letitia James, with bank fraud.

Bolton pleaded not guilty.

Sounds like a bunch of total bullshit, as expected, from "The Revengers" at the White House. If anything is true, Bolton likely PROTECTED classified information from being thrown about BY Trump. I look forward to that coming out in the trial, IF it ever gets to trial.

Bolton is a smart dude. He probably has some dirt that will back them down. Who knows though, maybe he'll say fuck it and expose what he knows about Scumpie. It's really pathetic to do something like this, but that's what children do.

Scump stole classified docs, exposed them to civilians, lied about having them, ordered his attorney to lie about having them, went to COURT to try and keep them, and NO DOUBT gave away some of that info to enemies. Yet, he's not in jail.

The cases against Comey and James aren't expected to go anywhere but the Bolton one might. Cases like this usually result in a slap on the wrist. Ironically, Trump faced the same charge along with obstruction but it was dropped when he was reelected.
