Should I create a website showcasing the nightmare experience with the leftist tenant from hell?

Question

She was given a whopping 75 days in total to vacate. She is holding part of the family home hostage with me and my wife living upstairs. I have yet to see a box or any piece of furniture being removed.

I am thinking about creating a website to raise awareness of this nightmare situation. After the machete incident and her always being hostile and threatening towards me, I was ready for her to be out a long time ago.

The fact that she ‘leftist’ so to speak, is besides the point, and you shouldn’t jeopardize any potential legal action that your family might have to take against her, by broadcasting it on a website, especially confirming your silly bias—because if she knew you felt that way, she could use that against you, just saying. Maybe she’s planning on doing it all on the last day? I don’t know.

If you have to legally evict her, so be it…but while that’s going on, you are prevented from doing anything that looks like coercion or actions that appear to be pushing her out. Hope you and your family have read up on what an eviction actually looks like, and what your roles will be.
I would focus on making sure everyone (your parents and you) are all on the same page, and provide a united front. Don’t let them, let her out of the requirement to vacate and undermine the situation. Sounds like she’s played them before, and she will try again.

after that… letter from your attorney.
follow the legal steps. Be a good landlord. Do it right.
it will take some time… but you must evict them correctly.

Will it prove a point? I have many bad stories from both sides, but since I own over 100 units, would you like to know which "side" is worse? No, so stfu. Your tenant from hell experience from the left doesn't matter.

I wouldn't. Document everything and get law enforcement involved and remove her. You don't need a website to raise awareness because ever landlord has had to deal with this at some point.

No, I don't think you should do that. It will just simply keep you open to harassment and legal action and it doesn't get you anything. Probably best to leave it alone.
