I don’t know. I wasn’t there. It’s incredible how many people are absolutely certain one way or the other when they weren’t there.
It’s perfectly reasonable to acknowledge that the first moon landing was faked. The space race was a PR campaign. Another thing that the goofballs on the right refuse to admit is that communist Russia was a powerhouse of military, technology and science. They were already in space before the US even had a space program. In order to prove to the world that capitalism is superior to communism in every respect, the US had to not only catch up to the USSR, but surpass them. The likelihood is low for going from absolutely zero expertise to the world’s leaders in space travel in such a short amount of time. However, the stakes were high. So it’s perfectly reasonable to think that the US was prepared to cheat in order to save face. On the other hand, there are very few challenges that cannot be overcome with a great deal of money and determination. So it’s not out of the question that they did just that. All i know for certain is that i can’t know if it was real or faked because i was not there. Anyone who can’t admit that to themselves is a fool.

With strong telescope are still installations and traces on landing place on moon surface visible. There are mirrors installed which reflect laser radiation back to earth. Moon regulite samples are available on earth... Moon landing wasn't a fake, however I think some photos are fake and maybe there were not as many landing missions as US taxpayers paid for.

Reality is that they didn't have the technology to fake it back then.

Remember that it was televised live and the moon isn't stationary so at times the signal had to be received and broadcasted in Australia.

So even if it was faked then it was still filmed on scene.
