I am very forgiving and I don't hold grudges. It's just not healthy for us to harbor resentment and bad feelings inside of us.
Our fight or flight response system is only temporary for a life threatening event in your life.
If you over use the fight or flight response for too long it could cause you health problems. Learn to let some things go!

The one thing that (I think) sets me apart from most people is my ability to be comfortable in chaos and change. It's a unique side effect of growing up as a military brat and then having an Army career myself. I don't rattle easily and I just keep moving forward. This too shall pass. Few things are really Earth shattering events. And solving problems is more fun than sitting there bored in a world that never changes.
