First, the "Epstein files" aren't out. What has happened has been a release of 1000s of emails. But that is not the entirety of what the Justice Department has.
Second, so far, I see no "smoking gun" that Trump is a pedophile although there is evidence he was aware of Epstein's tendencies and what went on at Epstein's island.

I want to be clear: I am no lover of Trump and would love to see justice served with him in prison.
But, so far, if I was on a jury for a Trump pedophilia criminal trial, I'd vote to acquit based on what little evidence has been presented so far. In other words, the emails released so far to not "convict" Trump of pedophilia.

If there were emails saying Trump asked for the 14 year old, Mandy, and we supplied her to him, THAT is a smoking gun. Nothing like that has emerged. He hung with Epstein, who's a sicko trafficker, yes. There are no facts pointing to him using underage girls.

You're not exactly following the news. The HoR vote on releasing the files has only just been announced by Mike Johnson. Which is followed by a vote in the Senate. Which then would either have to be signed into law by Trump or decided by a veto-proof majority.
