Has GOP civil war already started? Who will win, and who do you side with?

Which side are you in?

MTG or TRUMP

[888theGreat]

1) MAGA is not all Republicans You have MAGA, Conservatives , and Establishment Republicans

2) it is a war inside MAGA , Real MAGA and FAKE MAGA , Greene is REAL MAGA and TRUMP is FAKE MAGA. The Establishment Republicans don't like TRUMP or MAGA.

3) The real Civil War is BLUE vs RED and it going to get worse.

Same for Democrats , They can put a Moderate up and win more or a leftist Liberal and when a little. No matter what , they will take House back in 2026. With a Moderate 50 to 60 seats and with Lefty Liberals , maybe 20 to 30 seats.

[SixFootSexy]

It's funny cause this is a no true scotsman fallacy.
Trump is MAGA, but only for his family and oligarchs in his circle.
Same thing Obama did for Hope & Change.

[Kelly6]

@SixFootSexy
So now you know that trump is not real maga?
And MTG is real maga?
Glad you know it.

[Still-alive]

Yeah MAGA is pretty much dead now.

Get ready for the party to turn more nazi-esque though. the nick fuentes's of the world are gonna sweep in and take over.

[Kelly6]

@Still-alive MAGA will win MIGA will loose

[emeraldsaphire]

why would it be a ''GOP civil war" for a civil war to happen there needs to be two sides fighting for control of the same area, otherwise if it's just one side violently subjugating everyone with little to no resistance it's not a civil war it's a government.

I don't think anyone "wins' a civil war, but blue states have more people, have higher GDP, better infrastructure, and better connections. Red states are more rural, and poorer. However, republicans are more likely to carry guns and frankly the military would probably side more so with the GOP, but all that really matters is which side can get global recognition, which does not favor the GOP. I think republicans would be more successful in the early stages, but democrats would do better in the long run

[Kelly6]

@emeraldsaphire
There are 2 sides now

[sage2021]

Maybe Venezuela?

[Kelly6]

@sage2021 Venezuela is totally different war, it’s called ( Oil War)

[Sevenpointfive]

if she's done with congress, that means she either thinks she lost georgia support or that she has gained more support elsewhere. i mean she didn't betray her state, even though they might have wanted her to? if anything she's gained more support in georgia and nationwide. she looked batshit crazy in the press, but you can blame that on a crisis of faith.

so it's really true MAGA vs. racist and corporate america. i have a feeling that true MAGA and the democrats probably have more in common than they think. it will be interesting to read about. she has 3 years to become a real person. maybe that's kind of the angle she's playing. trying to distance herself from a career politician where she can't make any real change happen?

[DryGermanGuy]

Please see this well-written Guardian article:

[DrPepper12]

Love the guardian.

[ohsheeT]

There will be know winners

This is an agenda to take it to the streets to make the American people do the same thing. There's gonna be a lot of senseless death. And it's b******* is what I say. F****** grown men and women. This is who we want running the country. I don't believe so

[4ngelic]

i hope trump and his people, because the alternative is much much worse. current maga is already shit for our country, but nick fuentes and the nazis taking over would turn the usa into an utter utter hellhole.

i think who wins depends a lot on the fallout of the epstein files and how that ends up impacting trump. if trump emerges okay, trumpism will stay. if he doesn't, it's the rogue alt righters who will win.

[lightbulb27]

the left is not used to discourse within the party. They never hear about discourse because the "party" destroys it within their hall rooms and back offices, that was proven down in Florida with the Clinton/Sanders fixing.

The right will have discourse and it's good. It can look weak, but anytime you exercise, it's good... but it hurts for a while.

[Billlewis]

Nope; this is little more than a diversionary tactic employed by the Dims and the corporate media, in an attempt to distract from the two actual civil wars that are underway right now -- among the Dims and between the U. S. itself. The GOP is vastly more united than either of the other two.

[exitseven]

Is there a Civil War? It looks to me like it is the democrats that are in a state of disarray.

[888theGreat]

looks to me that Democrats are kicking Ass and not taking names. They destroyed Republicans in 2025 elections and looks like they will take House back before 2026. Republicans are quiting left and right in House. Looks like Trump has lost control of his party.

[exitseven]

@888theGreat two democrats won in democrat states, these were the only major electiions. New Hampshire had two mayoral races, one was in its largest city. Both Republicans won and the one in the large city flipped the seat.

[exitseven]

Republicans are getting things done and leaving the democrats behind. They have reached a new level of irrelevance. Their new leader had to travel to the White House and try and kiss President Trumps ass so his city will not get defunded.

[888theGreat]

Democrats took 3 states and Virginia had Republican Gov , and Democrats swepted the US Mayors too. It is over son. Trump Titanic is sinking and taking other Republicans with it.

[AviatorTom]

Who is fighting with the GOP?

The only thing I've seen is MTG losing Trump's support, which is not a surprise.

[msc545]

Actually, Trump lost MTG's support, not the reverse.

[AviatorTom]

@msc545 True, but Trump no longer endorses her, which makes the mid-term elections a bit more interesting.

[msc545]

I think if I were her, I might be relieved that Trump no longer endorses me since I think his endorsement has become a bit of a poison pill lately, particularly because of the controversy regarding the Epstein files.

[RandomGirl42]

Ty for inviting me to share.

[joyce76]

Politics always looks like a soap opera from the outside 😅 Hard to know how it’ll shake out. I’m not choosing a side just observing the plot twists.

[Jersey2]

There is no GOP civil war. That is just the far Left mentally masturbating over something they want to happen. It’s all cool in Trump land.

[supercutebutt]

Crazy stagflation, a crashing economy, and unrest everywhere. So cool to be MAGA.
🙄👍

[Jersey2]

@supercutebutt Stagflation… yes. I screamed on here and other places about Biden creating 40% more USD. He couldn’t physically print them because that would take longer than his term but he couldn’t physically print simply add it in a computer that said there were now 40% more dollars in the world. He didn’t have to do that, certainly not 40% worth. Remember they gave PPP loans and then forgave them, that was just another way to pump money into the economy that was affected by a Covid shutdown. China warned him not to do it as they buy our bonds that support our debt and then overnight their investment became 40% less.

I said at the time, everything now much go up by 40%. We haven’t seen the full 40% inflation yet. And certainly the pay of workers won’t go up by 40% overnight so this is something that will take a while and the damage is irreversible as we can’t unprintable money. I hope you enjoyed your $600 check then as that was part of the invented money he spent. Enjoy, you voted for that. But to many in the US Trump is responsible for everything bad. I have made a lot of serious money in my life and I have managed billions globally, I will tell you straight up the government is terrible at managing money and the Democrats are by far the worst. This generation of Congress has laid the foundation for the financial destruction of the Unite States. Mark my words.

[888theGreat]

Why are Republicans quiting the House?

[888theGreat]

@supercutebutt I am real MAGA. I am for US. Trump is MIGA. Why no comments on my Qustions?

[Surely]

Some people seem to think that there is civil war brewing internally on both sides.
I would say more so on the Democratic side.

[OneViewpoint]

And you would be living in denial.

[Surely]

@OneViewpoint Why do you say that?

[Dargil]

The DNC Civil War has been ongoing since the hippie dayz.

[XXblack88]

Not that I'm aware of but if there proof of it I'd like to see

[Anonymous]

If there is a civil war, it's going to be the left that starts it, and the right that will finish it, permanently.

[zagor]

Kind of like choosing between Iran and Iraq in their 1980's war.

[RedInnocent69]

Trump will fizzle out after next years’ mid-term elections

[DrPepper12]

Yeah but multiple TIAs or a full blown lights out stroke?

[RedInnocent69]

@DrPepper12 I’d be happy for him to limp along as a lame duck. Better to fizzle than risk becoming a martyre

[DrPepper12]

Excellent point

[Sal_Monella]

There is no war. We are winning without ever firing a shot.

[supercutebutt]

Who's "we"? The billionaires? Unless you are a billionaire, you are getting your ass handed to you.

[Sal_Monella]

@supercutebutt I haven't noticed. Its still back there,

[supercutebutt]

Sure :)

[Snakeyes7]

Both have good and stupid things to say. I think MTG is just a never Trumper now.

[ABC1x1x]

GOP Krystalnacht has started. I support the good guys. The National Socialists.

[Nice222]

Not just GOP. But the Democratic Party also. In fact pretty much the entire USA.

[blackeagle007]

You’re not wrong

[DrPepper12]

LMFAO 😂 😂 😂 fuck MAGA

[beefcakebradybatson]

WHO GIVES A FREAK?

[blackeagle007]

it’s a mess completely

[Anonymous]

One side has a lot more guns.

[FunkyMonkee]

Between who?

[Kelly6]

@FunkyMonkee
Trump and MTG
MIGA and MAGA

[FunkyMonkee]

I wouldn't call that a civil war. They just don't see eye to eye.
What's MIGA"?

[Kelly6]

Mystery for you lol

[FunkyMonkee]

Gee, that's great.

[Alex-Snow]

Poor Donald

[DrPepper12]

Yes. Yes he was

[Anonymous]

What is GOP?
