Would you live in south korea?

Question

I am korean but i move to Canada. But i am thinking of moving back. The thing i don't like about korea is the country is too tiny and isolated. North korea is blocking connection to main land and korea is basically remote island from Asia. I can go from corner to corner in just 6 hours by car. And thats all. And people are in a hurry. No one is taking time to enjoy. They will push you from your back. They are in a hurry to go somewhere because korea was in a hurry to develop the coutry. We have not many natural resources so we had tl hit the book nothing else. So thats why everyone is so in a hurry. With car its same thing. They will tailgate you in the highway and local road. People are cold too. Sincd the materialism came into my country everyone turned i to a cold chicken. People dumlp their pet everywhere too. No one is loving nobody. And the car has privillage than people. People have to let the car go first. If you cross the road you better run because the moment the light turn red the cars will rush and run over you. Pedestrians are not protected if they disobey the sign. They have a right to kill the people. People are such a hypocrites and masquerade. I can never find someone who is open minded anywhere. Would you live in this country?

No. It sounds like a nightmare. The elegant Korean culture has disappeared thanks to westernization. I wouldn't like the weather, either.

My friend stayed in Korea for a month visiting his sister who was in the military. He said everything is a little off in that country. Another one of my friends was stationed in Korea in the army in the late 90s. He said he had a great time but I don't know if the country is the same since the late '90s. I've never been to Korea but two of my good friends have given conflicting opinions. I suppose I would just have to see for myself.

The people are intelligent and productive. Even though they don't have resources, the economy is good. It's a nice place to live, but fitting in is a real struggle, so I’d hesitate to move there. It's great for a trip, though.

That doesn’t sound too appealing, at least the societal part. I guess I would only go there for an insanely high-paying job (apart from a vacation, of course).
