You want to say Mueller said he committed obstruction based on evidence, that's fine but it's not accurate or factually correct. I don't get my information from "news stations", I get them from trusted sources that quote official reports, for example:

Obstructing justice and being in possession of classified documents are two totally different charges. Do you admit Joe Biden was in illegal possession of classified documents? The judge was NEVER told she exceeded her authority, which would cause possible reprimand. You saying that she was told by a higher court that she did, is easily proven to be an absolute lie, which means your news sources are less than reliable. You saying you get your information from "trusted sources" is also laughable, considering your post is from unnamed sources. A superior court, not that it's a debatable point, but that the court, the judge, was wrong. That's a rebuke. A reprimand.

Trump both obstructed justice and intentionally concealed documents that he had no right to keep. Then there's the showing of still classified battle plans to civilians (caught on audio, including Trump saying he hadn't declassified them), so blatently mishandling classified documents.

Biden did none of those things, which is something Hur pointed out in his report, and the reason there were no charges brought against Biden (or Pence).

By legal definition, a rebuke is NOT an actual reprimand! A reprimand is an official and formal rebuke. The judge was never officially reprimanded for exceeding her authority. I could be wrong or not have all the facts but I believe there were several motions to have her reprimanded but the 11th circuit said they weren't going to reprimand a judge for making rulings. Judges rulings are rebuked every day!

Hur found Biden wilfully obtained and held classified documents, illegally. He also said he shared their contents and carelessly handled them. The only reason he didn't refer him for prosecution, is because he said it would be hard to prosecute a "well-meaning" elderly gentleman that is basically a vegetable. It had absolutely nothing to do with him not obstructing justice.
