Why do black people call white people "black boy" in America?

When they call white men "white boy", it is not racist. But if white men said "black boy", it would be racist as hell.

I don't know why white men allow this in America.

Here in Turkey, if an African rooted person call white Turks "black boy", very bad things would happen, maybe big fights or prison time.

Those words have meaning in some cultures and have no meaning in others. The issue is not the words but the emotional connections with the words.

Calling someone a black boy has deep roots in reality of mistreatment.

For whatever reason, when black and middle Easter peoples abused white people, those terms have not impacted white culture. doubt anyone knows what they even are.
