I dont want to find out and neither do they.  What i do think is Chinas government is way smarter than the 575 public officials that we have hired  In every avenue china proves it how they are buying up America land farmlands. Find the farmers out.. Our national parks america's businesses  So of course , china has to be our government , our little puppets they are allowing china to overcome us because of greed  The one thing China does not have, and that is American people. When we are pushed into a corner , somebody better get out of the way because we are coming out , we the little people is what I mean by we and we will not allow anyone to domineer US. Well except
For our fake government and there's fake societal societies.  Like the American people but that is also coming to an end and read. The people will take over again and things will start changing. They already have in their own little ways. But first we have to go through some more heart ache

Military power would probably favor the US but economic power is more difficult to nail down. Through China's Belt and Road Initiative, which now includes over 150 countries, they've been building power plants, roads, railways, and ports creating a new Silk Road for themselves. The true measure of their economic power is unknown but there are now over 150 countries that are basically owned by the Chinese including almost all of Africa, most of the Caribbean and Central America, parts of Europe and all of Asia. It won't be long until all trade will have to go through China.

Let's hope no one will ever have to find out whether China or America is more powerful. One thing remains true nevertheless, and that is that China seems to look farther than their nose. I mean China's projects are not limited to the lifespan of one or two presidentships, but go far beyond human life.

China. They literally unleashed a virus on the world with no consequences. And look how many countries switched over to not recognizing Taiwan, because they're scared to death of China. I dont see countries stopping recognizing Palestine because they're scared to death of the US

From economic and military the USA is more powerful and consider the sole super power country in the world. Also the USA is a little larger than China. All China really has way too many people which hurts the economy and citizens homeless. Also China is somewhat isolated from other countries which makes have less allies than the USA. China is a great country but they have some issues like every country does. The USA has the most expensive healthcare in the world.

USA but CHINA is doing a lot right. I wish we'd do more right, but we are #1 in dumb. We were that way in the past, hopefully we can mature.

We are after all... only 200 something years old. A baby. China is what, 5000 years old? Wise!

It's the US for now, but China will soon take the GDP lead. However, due to China's population, it will be hard for them to surpass the US in per capita income and standard of living.

I think the US still has the most powerful defense in the world, they certainly take enough of our tax money for it but I don’t think we’re the richest country in the world anymore because China owns even parts of the USA

Define "more powerful". Are you talking military might? Economic dominance? GDP or Debt per capita? AI & robotic advances? How you define power will ultimately determine who is more powerful. It is no longer as clear cut as it used to be!
