Am I the only one who believes that every city, county, state and government agency should be audited? What should be done to address the mass fraud?

As far as I know they are all audited. Small towns might not be, but the rest are.

Don't confuse fraud with ineptness. Politicians just love to spend money. They have no concept of what is needed and what is fluff.

A lot of individuals are like that with their own money, probably a majority of people. They don't know the meaning of "need", so they spend away and then complain that they don't make enough money.

Have Ray W. Traylor, the WWE/WWF superstar called "The Big Bossman" audit everything. If the ex-jail guard found irregularities, he could give the offenders his signature "Bossman Slam" finishing move, handcuff them to a table and beat them with his nightstick as he did in the WWF/WWE.(I forgot:Traylor/Bossman died of a heart attack Sept.22,2004 at age 41.)

I think it might cost more to audit all of these agencies than it's worth. Besides that, even if you manage to temporarily do something about the fraud, it's only temporary. It's going to keep right on happening after you are finished. If you fire people that do it then just more new people will come aboard and they will do it. It's not something that's easily stopped if at all.

People who benefit from fraud do not. People who do not benefit from it feel that way. And there are many that don't care one way or the other. They just think that that is the way it is. I personally would like to see jail terms.
