Should we tell people who smell bad that they smell bad?

We do need a better polite way of saying something about this. Lot of people are being a bit mean and of course in a real life they don't actually follow threw with the message.

Something like heads up your shoes are untied, your fly is open, you dropped something or more like toilet paper on your shoe. Not a big deal but a heads up kinda message mainly because you generally aren't able to smell yourself.

Joking aside, unless it's at your work, or home, mind your business. An elbow to the face can always be made to look like an accident...

About 80% of people I meet have bad breath. Not sure how you can reasonably say anything without hurting their feelings. Believe me, I have thought of ways.
