Am I crazy for believing my world isn’t real?

I have major depression with psychosis. Psychosis means losing touch with reality. The idea was put in my mind years ago and it’s gradually spread through my brain like cancer. I’m not sure anything’s real anymore.

I'd wonder why you seem to have disassociated from reality... what are you escaping? You are probably a normal person that had painful difficult things to deal with and it's how you coped with those feelings.

I don't care if you are crazy in that regard, I care if you are making progress getting your life back in order so you can live, not in fear, but in real life.

It’s not something I just did. It’s a symptom of my psychosis. I think God spoke to me through a movie and told me I’m actually in a dream, that I need to wake up.

I agree you need to wake up, it's better that way.
Stay away from drugs, eat clean healthy food, focus on being present in the moment.
Your right brain it sounds like, is heavily in control. My assumptions from what I've experienced.

Believe in Jesus, Jesus saves and lived and died so that you can live. That's my belief. If you heard from God, you heard from Jesus, in my view.

Yea! Am proud of you just for being open minded. Imagine, you will get to new adventures in life, a better version of you in time as your life unfolds. Always challenges, always learning and growing!

I've noted to others... it would not be easy turning from a caterpillar to a butterfly, but what a transformation it is, yes? Such is growth as a human being as well sometimes... becoming a "new" you. And you may become a new you more than once in life.

I’m going to see my psychiatrist soon, just not soon enough.

If you need help sooner, you can contact your therapist at any time. They will create time for you. I have had this aswell and once I contacted my therapist to seek help sooner than expected, she immediately created time for me.
