Example: how many fucking news stories did MSNBC print about the border patrol whipping the Haitians?

Truth and integrity in journalism is a relic of American history. Nobody wants the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We want the bits that are easily digestible and correspond with whatever narrative we preselected. The rest is “fake news”. A term that both sides have grown far too accustomed to throwing around to challenge information that they’re neither prepared to accept nor counter with sound reasoning and superior evidence.
