Anyway, someone expressing guilt and regret about convincing their partner to protest ICE is no more evidence of their guilt than blaming a parent whose child is run down on the way to school because they made them walk that day. It's the killer's fault.

Not one of the videos that's been released, proves the woman was trying to run down the murderer, and several (and the fact that he walked away from the incident) prove that she wasn't.

If she were trying to kill him with the car, driving at him, shooting her wouldn't have made a difference, the car kept going anyway (which is why LEOs are taught not to shoot drivers). He could and did avoid the car and chose to kill the "fucking bitch", as he called her.

B. You don't disobey their orders to get out of your vehicle when you are breaking the law and blocking them.

C. You don't jam your car into gear and hit the gas with a police officer standing in front of it and hit him with it.

The woman herself is responsible. She knowing put her car to block the ICE agents and she knowing refused to exit her vehicle after she was instructed to. Then she tried to0 either run down one of the officer or evade them. She brought this on herself and she alone is responsible. However, she seemed pretty unhinged and very gullible and having a steady diet of Anti American rhetoric contributed in her unfortunate decision.
