1. Officers are trained that once you use your gun, you continue to shoot until you're satisfied there is no longer a threat. Technically, shooting an armed robber in the arm so you can take them in is against the rules. That's a problem with the incredibly broken police training we have. Not the ice officer.

2. She was denyed aid from bystanders. She was rendered professional aid which responded in 6 minutes. Which given how many agents were there, it's hard for me to think the six minutes wasn't pretty much from the moment the car crashed.

3. So far as I can tell from the footage this claim comes from the fact that after the girl was shot, the car rolled multiple blocks down. Which is what happens when someone is shot while operating a car shifted into drive. And both the ladies were acting like total bitches. These guys are trying to do a job that even many of them don't want to do. You think this guy who's getting paid a 50k/yr wants to end up in a situation where he has to pick between a near death situation for the second time in a month or being doxxed on the internet by the most privledged humans to ever walk the face of the earth?

At the end of the day they were taunting them, not listening to orders to get out of the car, smiling and laughing as they bragged about how they were going to switch out their license plates and how they had the resources to have a new plate every day and then as the ice agent walked to the front of the car to record the plate, the wife yelled to the driver to punch it.

Could they have handled the situation better? Absolutely

I wish I knew why their car wasn't boxed in. I would assume it was because of all the civilians walking around and obstructing the scene.

She died because she was so priveledged that she thought that if she could warp her sense of what the situation was enough, then it would become her reality and unfortunately for her, reality was that a member of the federal government who was conducting anti-terrorism activities told her to get out of her car and she instead put the car in reverse, put the car in drive skidded on ice and was shot as soon as the tires caught traction. The very last possible second they could have responsibly waited.

Imagine if the car was filled with bombs and she got away. People would blame the officer for letting her get away wouldn't they?

1. The 3 shots were in line with every LEO officers training to end the threat, the threat bring a vechile weapknised.

2. No medics were blocked and theyd called them.

3. A violent mob had surrounded ICE agents, one had already blocked their path in a planned action with her wife and then tried to run them over.

4. Having seen the body cam footage, what she was doing and saying along with the fact she tried to run them over she was a bitch. A complete Karen who never expected any consequences.

As a Non MAGA Subscriber, let me go through each. If you want to defend the first shot he fired, how do you defend the second and third shots into the driver side window?  There is apparently a protocol that an officer must keep in mind while on duty. 1) Never approach the front of a vehicle or behind, always remain on the side and 2) Never shoot someone in a vehicle in drive because that vehicle will become a weapon, keep driving until it hits something or someone. Which is basic common sense so I strongly am in the notion he knew what he was doing went against protocol that is why he turned the camera around (not to film the incident) as he fired three shots. He had a prior incident where he was dragged by an illegal immigrant fleeing the scene so, you would think he’d try to be a little more careful. Him being “disrespected” by her comment, might’ve tipped him off though annoying the cops isn’t a crime worth death, you have rights under jurisdiction of US even noncitizens have rights.  If you want to defend all three shots, how do you defend them blocking medics from getting to her as she bled out?  It wasn’t medics, it was a bystander who claimed he was a physician who could check her pulse, make sure she is okay and they did refuse him entry claiming they had their own medical professionals at the scene (lie, they were arriving to the scene, but should’ve let him in wasn’t like he would’ve made things worse). I find it a hard pill to swallow, that these ICE officials want to paint her as a terrorist however by refusing medical care that is at the scene while waiting for medical team of their own to someone shot three times, it seems like she is a victim which flips the narrative on its head.  If you want to defend all 3 shots and blocking medical care, how do you defend him getting in the car and driving away from the scene of a crime, after calling her a 'fucking bitch'?  His comment was inappropriate and unprofessional, same with the approaching from the front and shooting her while putting car into drive not following protocol.  
 I don’t think we should include the driving away part, since he probably thought he was above the law and that he was protected by Current Republican Admin. They like to control the narrative ICE is the best thing since sliced bread and everything they do is ethically and rationally based because if the public ever changed their mind, it would undermine the administration so they need to keep it up and double, triple, quadruple down even when the evidence doesn’t support that.

I didn't see enough footage to verify all 3 points are true, so I can't really comment on those claims.

The main video I saw was the video where the guy gets run over deliberately by the car and shots were heard. I also saw a brief thing from the side, but neither were about what happened after. So ill try to answer these in good faith, but my comments are going to be very speculatory and possibly inaccurate.

1. There's two possible things here neither one is going to rule out 3 bullets. I think 3 bullets isn't many at all in this kind of context you'd expect him to unload his clip on pure instinct. First of all, the guy feared for his life / safety when a car is deliberately running him over and someone is taunting the car to do so. His instinct will be to defend himself. At this point two things are possible, either he's not thinking and begins shooting out of pure instinct and self preservation. Or, he was thinking and wanted to disable the driver from either attacking again or getting away. The amount of bullets is completely irrelevant in my opinion and is on the low side either way. Whats more relevant is if he was able to think in that moment, and if it was a thought out choice to shoot at the person instead of for example the wheels. That's what i'd love to have more context on. If you out of instinct shoot at someone who is attacking you I can understand that completely, your acting in self defense. If the aim was to prevent to get the target from getting away he shouldn't have shot at the person at all, just get the plate or shoot the wheels.

2. I didn't see any of this, i'd love to have a credible source. If this is true that would be a big no go. By that time your no longer going to be in animal brain mode, and the target is already disabled. There is no danger anymore so the person needs urgent medical care. I'm curious where your person gets that from, i'd love to see that footage.

3. Similar to 2, I didn't see this at all. I see the driver of the vehicle drive away and being yelled at while bumping into other cars. I'd like to receive the footage I don't have so I can make my own mind up to the context of this. I find this one extremely hard to believe if its not a simple investigation was already over he's going to the bureau to file a report kind of scenario.

What I know for certain is that the guy got attacked by the driver, what I got for certain is the driver then got shot and got killed in the process. Its the context around it I need to make a more nuanced opinion. Regardless obviously I'd rather have that person be alive, but to me it did look like self defense on the footage.

How do we know all three of these actions occurred during one event?

1. It is not uncommon to fire multiple shots. If your life is in danger, you have seconds to react. In situations where your view of an attacker is obscured as you are trying to stop the danger, more shots may increase the odds of striking the attacker. Again, you have seconds to react and you want to subdue the danger as quickly and with most odds as possible in those valuable seconds.

2. It depends on what you mean by "medic". If they are uniformed EMS or fire personnel trying to approach and assist an injured person, then there are some red flags. But if those uniformed personnel may be in danger or harms way themselves, then they may have to be delayed until confirmation is made there is not a risk to other first responders.

3. That sounds like a very specific situation. Someone may feel threatened enough with enough adrenaline flowing that they may make quick and rash decisions to focus on evading the threat

1) probably training, but I've never agreed with it. I don't even agree with the first shot other than into a tire. A lot of this is training and policies. I recall the "shoot them to pieces policy" came after some kid (black kid) in nyc was shot once and paralyzed, costing millions. After that time, they just blow them to pieces. If he actually thought she was a more serious threat, then maybe. Like, what if this was another ISIS kinda person... they were just jacking with them, he would be on edge.

1)<law enforcement agents are trained to stop the threat. Maybe it was not clear if the first shot hit the target.

2) Anyone could have said that they were a doctor. It is not like on TV, More likely it was just a protester looking to get a better video.

3) He followed procedure and left. He most likely was questioned by ICE officasl. As for caliing her a fuckin bitch, well a stupid woman blocks traffic and then puts an ICE officer's life in danger and creates a situation whare he has to kill somebody, I would be angry as well

This was a total tragedy. Was it murder? I am not certain. Negligence? Yes. The victim was a untrained civilian in a stressful situation. The ICE officer was supposedly trained to make correct choices/decisions under stress and pressure. He failed. If a doctor made a poor choice that resulted in the death of a patient in an ER they would be subject to malpractice. This is similar.

Stopping ems i have no information on, but sounds odd because EMS can go in without the permission of Federal agents or police. Only time EMS is held is if there is an actual live threat still.
