I don't think he even understands the backlash from the domestic financial community. Wall Street hates him. Every attack on the Fed is an attack on free market capitalism. It's socialism and communism to have financial markets and businesses controlled and influenced by a centralized government. It's shocking to see the biggest attack on capitalism and the free market economy brought on by the party that has historically defended this.

Fed board members hold press conferences every month and are frequently called before Congress and the Fed Chair is required to address Congress twice a year. For the free market to operate successfully, they need to continue to operate as they have been for the last 100+ years.
