Now the left wing will go silent on this issue and pretend they never said it. Then in a couple days they'll come up with their next lie and get whatever they can out of it before it's debunked..

Giving trump a blowjob and hitting his chest repeatedly on his knees as he was sitting. I guess that's just the way it is when you're one of trump's fawning sycophants.

6 moNo I think what is more important he put himself in danger. Which is important because that is not an excuse to execute someone in the US. He tried to block the car from leaving and all the other hand waiving and explanation and so called evidence she was a bad person. Means nothing. Rules of engagement for police are simple. And that is not a reason to execute someone. She wasn't trying to kill others, he could and did get out of the way. Evading arrest is not a capitol crime currently in the US. Being scared is not a reason. If he was on the hood and being driven back he would have no choice but to kill her. But he was able to hold a phone and gun. Just doesn't track that he was in any true danger even from his perspective. Only ice apologists truly believe he was justified in deadly force.

@kavakava what people?

False. Law enforcement officers are permitted to block vehicles in order to detain and arrest. This behavior falls under the “reasonable expectation” guidelines. Since MOST people don’t accelerate toward pedestrians, let alone armed pedestrians, and armed law enforcement personnel least of all, there is no reasonable expectation of danger from surrounding the vehicle of a driver who hasn’t demonstrated aggression. Since she hadn’t attacked anyone else at that point, there is absolutely nothing on record to suggest that he did anything wrong. In fact, not only are his actions protected by qualified immunity, the supremacy clause and reasonable expectation, Minnesota’s own changes to their self defense laws would have put Good squarely in the wrong even if she had survived and the case ended up in court. Since you have already proven that you know nothing about the applicable laws and regulations, i don’t expect you to know anything about that or even care. Since it would force you to challenge the narrative you chose in the face of the facts, i know you won’t bother to look it up. So i will share. “Duty to retreat” requires that a person exhaust EVERY opportunity to deescalate and escape an attack before retributive violence is justifiable under Minnesota law. Him standing front of the vehicle is NOT justification for her attempting to run him down. Paths for deescalation include complying with their lawful commands to turn off the vehicle and exit. Paths to escape include keeping the vehicle in reverse and driving AWAY from the officers and the scene. Her refusal to do anything of the sort constitutes unjustified retributive violence and she would have gone to prison even if her victim wasn’t law enforcement.
You didn’t even accidentally get a single fact right. 🤡🤡🤡 - 5 mo
@Chazmatazz269 that's a very long post despite all the effort to describe this as necessary and correct it just isn't. Deadly force cannot be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect who does not pose a significant, immediate threat of serious physical harm to others. Key word others Law enforcement training universally instructs officers to take the safest tactical choice, which in the case of an oncoming vehicle is to move out of its path. This is because shooting at a moving car is generally ineffective at stopping it and creates a high risk of an unguided, out-of-control vehicle that could endanger innocent bystanders.

6 moInjured or not, it doesn't change shit. The fact is that he shot her in the head three times as she was driving away.
In other words, he killed her when the danger had passed and then called her a fucking bitch.
She was filmed, her car was filmed and the altercation was filmed, both by protesters and ICE agents. "All she had to do was to stop! Mwaaah!" Yeah, well, all HE had to do was to track her down later and arrest her with the help of his little buddies... but he just wanted to kill her now in a fit of rage because he was mad at libtards. Fuck that asshole. Hope he dies from that unquestionably severe, life-threatening internal bleeding he suffered in the savage attack.

Opinion Owner6 moLMAO uh huh. You mean like hatred of fascists? You just believe everything the scuzballs in the admin tell you so you can rationalize your ignorance. Have a nice day.
Asker6 moAnyone that doesn't believe exactly as you do is a fascist to you. Shut up.
Opinion Owner6 moYou're a fucking moron. Anyone who behaves like a FASCIST is a fascist. That's what's happening. "Not believing" what someone else believes is a far and distant cry from inflicting your will on those who don't agree with you. That's what you're doing, what they're doing, what your ilk is doing. Your failure and ignorance to comprehend that doesn't them any less fascist. This is a YOU problem, Trumpie Troll

Also, I wouldn't trust anything that CBS News reported. But more importantly, even if he did have some internal bleeding, that doesn't mean it was caused by being struck by a car or anything else. Perhaps he just began to have spontaneous internal bleeding. That does happen to people. There are many many causes of this kind of problem. I hope he's okay even though he's a murderer.
Asker6 moY'all have an excuse for everything. Also, thanks for the advice.
