No I think what is more important he put himself in danger. Which is important because that is not an excuse to execute someone in the US. He tried to block the car from leaving and all the other hand waiving and explanation and so called evidence she was a bad person. Means nothing. Rules of engagement for police are simple. And that is not a reason to execute someone. She wasn't trying to kill others, he could and did get out of the way. Evading arrest is not a capitol crime currently in the US. Being scared is not a reason. If he was on the hood and being driven back he would have no choice but to kill her. But he was able to hold a phone and gun.
