There are jobs women literally can't do, such as linemen, fishermen, roughnecks, lumberjack, etc. Even There are a few women who could do these jobs, there aren't enough to sustain civilization.

Anyone stupid enough to think women could run society without men's help should watch The Island with Bear Grylls seasons 2 & 3 where they put a group of men on one island and a group of women on another to see how well they could survive. The men worked well together and had few problems while the women spent half the season lost in the woods, bickering constantly, and decided to keep the pig they found as a pet instead of eating it; when they finally ate the pig, they used one of their Jerry cans that they were given for storing and boiling water to store the leftovers which then rotted causing the producers to intervene before they died of dehydration. There was one competent woman but she couldn't carry the whole group.
