I'm going to keep my narrative simple. I want a picture ID., supported by a Social Security number to be a precursor for voting.

I want the elections to only take place on one single day from 6:00 AM to midnight, local time on that day. The votes have to be counted by midnight.

The only absentee balance to be considered are those given to offshore military and expatriates overseas. And they have to have them in on time. And for those that cannot make it to the poles, on the day of election. no matter what the reason. Are shit out of luck.
