Why does the right wing want people to starve?

they want them to be self sufficient, healthy, and efficiency minded... e. g. eat right, turn the heat down in your house to save power, etc.. When it's all free, there is no incentive and people become "sloth". Work and achievement is important to building ones self.

If not, they want them to at least contribute for free food. The problem being, massive debt. Its not good to borrow money to eat.

but there's large numbers of people trained to be under control of the system. They even allowed them to purchase low grade junk food, which further entraps people making them unhealthy, obese and not competitive.

Changing the system is painful. They may not be employable, and suffering will commence. Some suffering which produces good change, is good. But others may not be able to adapt and it's not good. Its difficult to manage this change.

With Gold and silver prices up, I'd expect more petty theft on the streets of big cities... which helps pay for food.

When in fact history has always shown that giving too much power to a smaller and smaller group , makes it get bolder and bolder in ensuring it doesn't hand anything substantial back.

Think about it, You save your boss's business $100k - does he cut you a check for $10k? Of course not, a pat on the head, and more work is what you'll likely get. While others get a beating for not saving him that earlier.

welfare is supposed to be a transitionary payment until the recipient gets a job. It is not supposed to be a career path.

What is supposed to be is not what it turns out to be. It can't be transitional in this economy. There just aren't enough jobs, and the jobs that are available to many people don't pay enough to live on. Why do you have such a problem understanding this?

We don't want people to starve, we just want all able bodied people to work. We see things suchbas snap for extreme cases. I also think I speak for a majority of conservative s when I say that I would be open to letting parents with jobs continue snap with less strictbincome requirements if we could lower the amount of people who arebonnit that are just freeloading.

We've all seen people who play the system to live better than people who work. Maybe if you have no leg and a speech impediment, I don't mind. If you're a good looking bachelor in their mid 20s you can starve if you can't figure out how to survive in less than say a year maybe 15 months.

It's bad for society innmany ways to live this delusion that everybody is capable of assimilating into society and to the detrament of everyone else we need to cater to people who backnin the day would have been kicked out of society a long time ago.

@Hardon-Collider these are very nice sentiments, I wish they were true, but unfortunately they're not. I see people starting on the street all the time, and I'm wondering a lot about what's happened to them and what will happen to them. It's not going well.
