Apparently ICE protestors in Minneapolis are creating blockades in the streets and checking credentials and license plates to make sure cars aren't ICE vehicles.
So the protestors against Immigration and Customs Enforcement are building borders and harassing people to make them show paperwork to prove whether they should be allowed in the area. All without "due process"
And these are the folks calling ICE fascists.

But here is the key problem very few people (especially leftist) don’t understand: In states like TX and AZ the local law enforcement cooperates with ICE and border patrol agents. Minnesota and California do not. And this created a huge (unnecessary) catastrophe.
So let’s say an illegals immigrant gets arrested for a sexual assault accusation in Phoenix, AZ. Hey will first be detained in a local jail and the local authorities will cross check his records. If he turns out to be an illegal they will hand him over to ICE. It’s an efficient transition and ICE officers do not need to go looking for him. And again this is someone who is accused of committing a legitimate crime beyond being “undocumented”. They didn’t just get picked up by a local sheriff for doing nothing.
But Tim Walz and other politicians in Minnesota have instructed local law enforcement to NOT work with ICE. So if an illegal in Minnesota commits an illegal crime (assault, battery, rape, DUI, etc.) they just get released back on the streets after spending some time in a local jail.
Also all the mass fraud going on with Somali illegals is what originally sparked off the ICE invasion of Minneapolis. Virtually none of this would have been necessary if local law enforcement cooperated with ICE to begin with. Which is retarded because these are illegals who are straight up committing crimes beyond just being “undocumented”

I had to laugh when I saw this on the news last night. They were stopping people trying to get to work. I looked it up and this is not quite kidnapping, but it is false imprisonment or unlawful restraint. Since ICE isn't following the law and the protesters are doing the same thing, ICE can't really charge them with crimes without also being counter charged with doing the same thing.
