A general observation.- It appears far easier to be considered an attractive female rather than attractive male? Reasonable assumption?

It appears the female only needs to be the correct weight and know how to present herself ( sometimes just a little ) yet the criteria for males seems a great deal tougher.
Do you think this assumption is reasonable or otherwise? What is your criteria?

So this is a result of the societal hypersexualization of women and the desexualization of men. The reason these things happened is somewhat complicated and I can explain in more detail if you ask, but essentially we live in a society that thrives off of specific gender roles that place one gender “above” another in terms of power, but when it comes to the deciding power of procreation that lies with the gender that doesn’t have that same power. And as we are expected to fulfill certain roles and tasks, that deciding power isn’t an issue but it does allow and create an environment of sexual objectification as a result of this deciding factor lying with that group. Now, as for the other group experiencing rampant desexualization, this has to do with the societal introduction of same sex relationships, something that directly conflicts with those same gender roles because those roles don’t allow for men to want other men and, in an effort to avoid attracting men who want men instead of attracting women, men have become desexualized and no longer take that same pride in their bodies and appearances as they did in times before (ie the high heel was originally made for men to show off their legs, tight clothes of the 70’s that showed off muscles and dong sizes, etc.) so they’re kind of just seen as unsexy blocks that are meant to be better when naked but you can’t really do that in public because of puritan culture. Anyway, it’s not going to change because we still live in a society influenced by that need for gender roles to be fulfilled and collapses when it doesn’t happen.

No, it's not. There are approximately as many heterosexual men as heterosexual women, so it's equally difficult for men and women to find a suitable partner. More so than women, men unable to find a partner tend to look for an external reason instead of trying to make themselves more attractive. "Women are only interested in the most attractive 20%" "Women are only interested in men who are six feet tall (180cm) and have a six figure income and..." But those same men are only interested in about one woman in twenty, and know almost no women.
