This is unreal.
You do not drink first of all... and second, you do not ever point a gun at someone else. In my state, this guy would go to jail. It's his fault. howd he get away with shooting his daughter dead. Terrible!

That’s a rage bait article. It happened over a year ago and they’re only publishing the story now to inflame people like you. There are a million tragedies every day. That one only sticks out because of their rage bait headline. He didn’t shoot her because of the argument. They didn’t even take place on the same day. They had shared the same home for her entire visit. That doesn’t indicate malice.
He’s a drunk and an idiot, and he definitely should have been charged with manslaughter at the minimum. But that is my OPINION. A grand jury was convened and they did not perceive sufficient evidence to charge him with a crime. That’s at least sixteen people with ALL the facts that neither you nor i have. Especially after only reading an article deliberately written to implicate premeditated murder because of political differences.
Congratulations! You played yourself.
It's fair to have your opinon, I simply asked if one thinks is the wrong decision.
My point is... you never ever ever point a gun at someone else. Gun owners know that.
This could be a legit accident. I don't know how the law applies in something like this.
This didn't have anything to do with Trump, or any argument they had about him. There is zero reason to put that in the article.
But yea, drinking and guns don't mix. Although three glasses of wine isn't a lot for an experienced drinker. Maybe coming off the wagon made it affect him more.
It's almost like Texas doesn't give a fuck about women. Who would have thought.
yes, that's downright awful. makes no sense, you know guns and you know better. no way he is that dunce to point a gun, but drunk who knows. don't see how any parent live with that guilt.
drinking, talking politics and guns... what could possibly go wrong. good grief.
Dumbest take so far.

as a Texan, I can say... this is one of the most Texan things ever...
and yes, many times is not an "accident"
I've drank 8 glasses of wine in a night and never waved a gun around my children.
that's good. but human emotions...
were the kids challenging your politics? It gets hairy...
I read this article. It looks like the father claimed it was an accident. I am skeptical.
It's FREAKIN' TEXAS, where idiocy reigns !!!
It's hard to understand why he is not facing charges but stupid shit happens in Texas.
