Just wouldn't have kids. People can be selfish. I know of a couple near me that after they had a downsyndrome kid they tried again and had another. Doctors did dna tests on them and told them that the combination of their genes mades it likely that their next kid would have downsyndrome and that they shouldn't have anymore kids together, they went on to have another 4 all born with downsyndrome. This is is why eugenics is so important.

This guy on the netflix documentary I dont see the problem. Logically any guy donating isn't going to stop at one or two. A lot of women now that want to have a baby opt fof actual insemination rather than artificial A lesbian couple a few blocks down did this with a guy i work with. If my genetic test indicated that any offspring would have serious health issues, perhaps even resulting in a spontaneous abortion (the medical term for a miscarriage), I would do whatever I could to ensure that I would have no offspring.

More common though is probability of issues that may be acceptable. Genetically speaking, I would pass an X or a Y chromosome to my offspring. If only the X was an issue, I could have healthy boys (my Y combined with my mate's X). Similarly, if only the Y was an issue, I could have healthy girls (my X combined with my mate's X). In either case, I would not sterilize myself, nor take actions to restrict whether I have offspring.

Just don't have sex capable of creating pregnancy. For instance, have sex with women who have had hysterectomies. My last two GFs (the latter of which became my wife) both had hysterectomies before I knew them, thus I could have sex without birth control and never worry about kids.
