Should people with genetic illnesses who are 100% guaranteed to pass this on to children be punished for having children?

There is a form if genetic blindness. If you are a woman you are a carrier of the gene, 100% of your sons will go blind and the girls will be carriers. These people should be jailed for having kids. Do not say autism is genetic. People who get tested for genetic problems see nothing wrong. it's a vaccine injury you can see it in the heavy metals tests.

Depends what you mean by "punished". I think a child has the right to sue their parents for passing on a genetic illness possibility that they KNEW about.

My parents passed one on to me. But i don't blame them because they didn't even learn of it's prevalence in our family line till I was 7 years. old. My mother has said if she knew of it she would never have had any of us.

Well I wouldn't go as far as to say she SHOULD be punished for it. But I do think what she did is very selfish and the offspring is in his/her right to be able to sue her for it.
