Everyone knows when it comes to mentally ill everyone suffers, families. Tax payers, the innocent working people and society. Why do we allow these people to pass on their defective gene's so that they can make more crazy people to stain our society? I mean you can't even force these people to take their meds. Hell, mentally ill people can't even take care of themselves and yet how can they even consider taking care of a new born! Yet this is why we have society to pick up the pieces of mentally ill people who go into the foster system with more problems and we wonder why society has so many problems. Women can't walk alone in the dark without having a good chance of being attacked or raped even killed.

mentally ill is different from a learning disability man. First of all a person with a learning disability would know the difference from right and wrong. Where a mentally ill person depending on the time of month and their mental state would not. Hell you ever see a woman pimp off her 11 year old daughter to old men because she was mentally ill and was allowed to have a child. Please don't lecture me on the fundamentals of what is morally and ethically correct. The good of the whole out weighs the needs of the few. Mentally ill people will keep producing sick children who will be certainly damaged. The chain will never break until we can stop them from having kids. As far as kids go, I think people should earn that right to have kids.

Sure. I don’t think many of their traits would be passed down genetically. Maybe some cases. But having children seems to be a human right we shouldn’t cross. Now parenting is completely different. There are non-mentally ill parents who shouldn’t be parents.

Everyone is going to die eventually. Most prefer that it be later. Many cancer patients have many years of high quality life after treatment. The prognosis for cancer patients has been steadily improving. I'm predicting new breakthroughs in cancer treatment with custom treatments created in a manner similar to the creation of Covid-19 vaccine.
