Do you think mental health care is important, or do you think it's just a waste of money?

Trump himself is the poster child for what happens when you don't stop child abuse and treat abused children inasmuch as his father, Fred, was supposedly pretty much a monster, and as an adultTrump is the poster adult for what happens when you don't provide mental health care for people. You can see the result of not doing the things that should have been done for him right now.

Mental health care is critical in terms of producing healthy adults, and it starts with children.

No, I don't believe in mental health care. I think it's a waste of time and money. People should just stop complaining and get over it.

I think mental health care is really important for both children and adults.

If I didn't have access to adequate mental health care, I'd have lost my mind and be stuck inside a mental institution, rather than having a second chance at life. I've been told thanks to continuing with treatments, that my health is so good that when I get my education, I may be fit to work full time. I also have lots of friends and social events to attend, I can concentrate in class and get good grades and there's a man who I love, who loves me and I have a chance with all those things that normal people take for granted, thanks to mental health care. I am extremely grateful for it.

The US should get down with physical health before mental.

While physical health care is pretty much free in Australia; mental health care is not. You can have 10 sessions free a year that's all.

It is really subject to abuse of course.

I know a lot of people who genuinely need mental healthcare.

I can also see with my common sense how ridiculously overhyped it is for the average person who's just having some minor problems with insecurity.

But I would say no, definitely not a waste.

Well at least get them off the streets , we need something other than prisons. I don't know that they can be fixed but when they take their drugs, when they are supposed to , they are some what controlable.
