Have you ever made a political contribution?

I ask because this morning was the first time I've ever made a political contribution to a politician I liked. It was only $5, but the symbolism was important to me.

Yes, I did and still do once in a while. I gave to Joe/Biden/Kamala Harris, Ossoff in Georgia for governor, mainly democratic contributions for different cause, and also to a Palestinian protect/feed hungry program. Now I am no longer giving to democratic causes, because I feel they need to get on their feet and do something about all thew corruption going on.

I do have some history in co-launching some protests, and designing an improvised strike. I think they're both political contributions, in the broad sense. Financially? Nothing, unless we're counting donations to WP, somehow it is political I guess.

I contributed to the Trump campaign an also bought a couple of hats, signs and bumper stickers from the Trump website. It was the only time I did that.
