Humanity is just an ironic word with no literal meaning.
Humanity is just a word.
People show pity now and then to feel better about themselves
No one genuinely gives a damn
Because why should they?
If a million people are dying, what more does it give others than a topic of debate or discussion over tea?
What more does it provide than an opportunity for rich and cold people to donate 0.0001% of their wealth so people get crazy impressed by them?

Damn you dumb. Yes, humanity is just a word. The same way men and women are just words. They are the collective descriptors for a group of things. Like apples. Or oranges. Or mammals. Which are also just words. Language. It helps humans communicate ideas and concepts.
