Donald Trump didn't even own real estate until 1974. The first piece of real estate he acquired was a 14 unit apartment complex. So if he was evenly representing "Black" he would have 1 Black tenet, no more than that. His father's company had been accused of having an “Antiblack Bias” in New York City prior to that in 1973 or something like that. Given Donald Trump wasn't even establish at that point it's dumb. He also went towards remolding hotels in the 1970s.

Landlords have rental standards. There is nothing saying that Donald Trump or the Trump organization intentionally discriminated against blacks. If your credit sucks, there's no difference between white and black.
