i think in this time he is more the type of candidate the republicans should put forward. not saying him specifically but someone like him. someone willing to challenge republicans as much as they'll challenge other partisan notions.

we have undoubtedly become dangerously myopic in our loyalties to party. republicans especially have had their party hijacked by a very vehement but popular minority within it. Massie or a Massie type candidate could court a lot of non-MAGA, moderate republicans and democrats, and independents, as well as democrats who may feel that the democratic party overall may tip too left

No, he's a Republican from the extremist shithole state of Kentucky. Yeah, MAGA is currently turning on him for not supporting the Mango Moron's war without a plan in Iran. I wouldn't not support him for president, but did donate to his re-election campaign as he's one of the few Republicans to not support Trump's Iran war and has been a strong advocate for releasing the Epstein files. 0% chance a Democrat could win his seat and he's better then an Isreal first Republican.

I used to really like him during Biden but since Trump came in, he has been standoffish for no obvious reason that I can see. The only thing I saw eye to eye with him recently was the Epstein files but I mainly blame Bondi and Patel for that because so far the files doesn't give any reason to believe that he participated in the island shenanegans.

Yes , he respects rule of law and Constitution and can negotiate with Democrats. Trump is a dictator that can't negotiate. Trump hates the Constitution , most dictators do. He has no respect for Judge's or Congress.
