How would it be regulated though?

Who’s gonna police people’s bedrooms?

Public sex is already illegal and that’s about how far we can regulate sex

Because people will do what they want, something being “banned” means absolutely nothing if you can’t enforce that law

Instead of trying to ban it maybe younger generations shouldn’t be encouraged to partake in it as much as they are

We live in a time where even your parents will tell you to go out and “experiment”
People who refrain from doing it are seen as weird and antisocial.
So as a young adult you end up pressured into it

I say this as someone who’s had more sex partners than most of my bloodline combined.
And I loved every second of it.
But the downside is: I’m a slut in a slutty world
Both me and the women I meet have all had previous partners and it makes relationships messier and more volatile and so on

Part of me would love to be in a community of virgins getting married before discovering the human body
But that comes with a lot of downside as well.

There is no easy answer but I don’t think banning it is the solution that’s for sure

To "ban" each and everything is a contemporary trend.
When I look around, it's perhaps better to "ban" outdated thinking, to "ban" the ones who live in the past instead of building a global future, to "ban" world views that are stagnant instead of evolving, and most of all...

Having a stupid idea is the easy part, having a plan how such stupid idea could work is another. Of course thinking about SS, GeStaPo, NKV or some Religious police like in Iran is an option but this will cause more problems than hypothetical premarital sex ban could ever bring.

We prefer freedom over restrictions on what we do with our bodies which is why not only this shouldn't be banned, but neither should abortion. Besides, pre martial sex helps people know if there is compatibility sexually before committing to a lifetime of bad or no sex.
