Why do so many Gen Z women in their early 20s look much older?

Why do so many Gen Z women in their early 20s look much older?

I seen this in the real world too

at my last job there were Gen Z women in their early 20s that look like they were pushing 30. while at the job that I was working at a decade ago I had female Gen Z coworkers who recently graduated high school that fit the same biology. bodywise they looked like they were still going through puberty while their faces looked like they skipped and jumpstarted to their 20s.

is this because Gen Zs are living terrible lives? are they not watching what they eat?
