Why are younger people so old looking nowadays?

As a 28 year old guy. I started talking to this girl who’s 24 years old. And I kid you not, she looks like she’s in her 40’s. I almost feel like I’m talking to a cougar. I think it’s because she has lip fillers and probably some other work done on her face. However, other kids look older than me all the time.

Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, constant indulgence and constant dopamine flooding. It really wears people out. Plus, women are more masculine than before, so that doesn't help.

For guys, they all seem to look like more effeminate now and less aged, except for the premature balding. Like they're simultaneously old and young and the same time.

We are bombarded with too much and cause ourselves trauma with garbage on social media. Everyone's fake and hard to trust. We have anxiety from crazy standards that are impossible to meet and everything is so expensive. Things are totally rugged for the rich and it's hard to get ahead. Healthy food is so expensive too. Just everything is so artificial.

They probably think being pretty is what matters most now. Rather than investing on mental progress (reading, workout, etc) they invested on their appearances which is sad.

Many are getting some level of plastic surgery from young and it dont tend to look good
