Why do some look younger or older than others?

I watched a youtube video of 2 men in a dating interview, the 28 year old looked 54 and the 32 year old looked 64. When I was in my 30s, women at work told me I look like I was 13 years old.

It's most likely a combination of genetics and level of stress, probably even their diet.

I mean I pass for 35 but I'm 27

I guess genetics or something because I'm 21 and people always tell me I look much younger than I am

Some of it is genetics. Diet and fitness can also play a part in how old people look, and feel.

I don't like to make comments about people's ages, but you look decent. Also I do not evaluate men's appearances cause I have a boyfriend.
