I'd say environment and lifestyle plays a huge part in people's ageing rates
darker skin tones are more resistant to the sun's UV rays and lighter skin tones are more resistant to cold places where there's less of the sun's UV rays
staying physically fit/healthy instead of consuming drugs, alcohol, junk food etc. will also help in delaying the ageing process as does having a lower body count
changing one's appearance through artificial means can speed up the ageing process i. e. using makeup, getting a tan, bleaching skin, changing hair color, plastic surgery, piercings, tattoos etc.
it's no surprise why some women age better than others. an Asian woman who eats healthy, exercises, rests well, uses sunscreen and engages in a lifetime monogamous relationship with one partner looks much younger than a same age white woman who eats junk food, takes anti-depressants, always uses makeup, likes to tan herself and sleep around with a different dude every few months

I think that has to do with your lifestyle, your diet, if you have a stressful life or not, your sleeping habits, if you take care of yourself or not and other habits. Sometimes genetics play a role in it too. I don't believe that it has to do with race.
I think it’s a combination of genes and how well you take care of yourself.

Tanning. White girls like to tan so that by the time they're 30 they have leathery skin with the texture of a decorative autumn squash. 🤣
You need to go outside and play now, kiddo. 🤦♀️
