Why do millennials often look younger than their age?

I think the millennials were born like in the 80s or 90s right in those days your parents took care of their kids fed their kids their parents were healthy they had good genes in the 80s and 90s kids were outside doing exercises and playing in dirt and having fun not worrying not stressed out about anything not sitting on their butts playing video games
Anybody can look good if you have a good genes and you have exercise and you roll around in the dirt to get those vitamins inside you and your stress-free and listen to better music too LOL but if you get your metabolism burning and you make your blood flow through your body you're going to look good you're going to flow you're going to be happy I love the 80s and 90s
It's not about millenials, it's about their genes and their way of life, any person with good genes and takes good care of himself/herself and living a happy lofe will always look young unless you mean by millenials that they are using advanced operations of plastic surgeries to always look young!
It's a combination of things. Taking care of oneself, how we dress now compared to how boomers and older generations dressed, and the fact that we don't work nearly as hard as our ancestors did. Many of us don't work hard laborious jobs like they did in the early 1900s.
Because plastic surgery is more available today than in the past. I think at least half of the female stars have had some.

Looks younger than her expensive ripped jeans, too.
Honestly it might be that we were able to get a taste of the ass end upbringing of what it was like to be raised by parents who were genx survivors. More active than the generations now that are glued to screens and social media platforms.
Could be that they take better care of themselves.
I was born in 1997 so I missed it by one year, and I look older than my age. But it could be just for the way I dress.
It’s just because they are like to dress up like young people. Or some millennials are delusional, always think that they look young.
they take sunscreen & skincare, healthy eating, working out, and wellness in gen more seriously than other generations
I don't know but I’m a millennial and my daughters are gen Z and people always think that we’re sisters :)
ain't no one saying that buddy
Thanks for the compliment! Probably because most of us are natural and don’t get fillers. Also, we don’t make our eyebrows too thick with makeup or anything
They need more decades to grow up (compared with previous generations) - and this also manifests in their appearance?
well, I don't know about ALL millennials... but you definitely look great
I've always looked younger than my age but I also take care of myself as much as I can :)
A combination of improved healthcare, skincare, and beauty trends.
Yes, I think I look pretty decent.
I know how to take care of my health.
Being fat does not make one look younger (quite the opposite)
(millennials are the fattest generation)
When I was 15 men thought I was in my 20s now I’m in my late twenties and I still look like I’m in my early 20s
As you get older, younger people look younger than they are.
They don't. When I worked at the bar, I met plenty of millennials that looked older than me
You are correct I have met people your age that I had confused them being my age. And I met people my own age I tough they were in their 50's. I mean seriously people your age look like in their 20's.
Staximus I my gosh. What have the doctors said? Could there be a possibility that you can be cure? I will be happy to pray for your health hopefully a miracle will happen to you.
@Alwayreckles93 I haven't been to the doctor for my heart since I was a teenager. My dad and grandpa had the same thing. My dad lived to 72, but his dad only lived until 46 because of the heart thing. I need to go have it checked out again. My twin brother went to the doctor recently and he's got the same thing. Some stupid doctor got him all scared and then sent him to get an angiogram (where they inject dye into the bloodstream to watch the blood flow in the heart). The heart surgeon said if the problem doesn't get worse then he'll be fine, but if it does he's going to need open heart surgery. They call it hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. They said open heart surgery to cut part of the heart muscle wall off on the inside (septal myectomy), or this thing where they inject alcohol into part of the heart muscle to shrink it (septal alcohol ablation). They asked my dad if he wanted open heart surgery when he was about 62, but there was a 50% chance of dying because of his age and the nature of the surgery. He said "fuck that shit, I'll take my chances" and lived until 72
Botox, fillers, and determination
I was in your city this summer and hated we didn't swap info. But I thought of you there. Glad you're alive too
Fashion, gym, complete white teeth, cosmetics, YOLO attitude
When you see the 40 year old millenials vs 40 year old boomers, the differences are insane
However aging goes with numbers✨💢💫🫧420 69. Those are most important numbers age don't matter be ageless
Now that you say it I am a millenial and I have been told I have a youthful appearance as a 28 year old. No idea why though.
I think they smoke, drink and do drugs less. That stuff really screws up your body.
I think its cause most gen xer’s waited til later in life to have us
This Baby Boomer looks a quarter-century younger than his age !!!
Are you sure about that?
I am not sure.
Who says that they do?
Preservatives in our food
It's because we are all toys r us kids.
I don't know 🤔
